Neptune RMA Process
To Request an RMA number please follow the steps below.
1. Download and complete the RMA request form in MS Word Format
(Right click and select Save As, or click to open and then save the file on your Computer).
2. Fax or email the completed form to our Repair Depot.
3. TDK-Lambda will contact you with an RMA number.
4. Please make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package when it is shipped for repair.
